Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates. They may be longer during busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas) or because of events outside our control.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track my order page.
Wrong address or late parcel
You can change your delivery address within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number. After dispatch, the address can no longer be changed.
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, email us at [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number. We will check with the carrier and get back to you quickly.
