Everything you need to know to return or exchange an item. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Eligibility
To be accepted, your item must be unworn and unwashed, with all its tags attached, in the same condition as when you received it.
- Personalised items are not refundable.
- Items bought on sale or with a promotional discount are not refundable.
Your 14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you receive your items. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start from the day you receive the last one.
To cancel, send us a clear statement by email at [CONTACT EMAIL] or through our contact page, with your order number. It is enough to send your message before the 14 days are over.
After telling us, you have 14 days to send the items back. We will give you the return address by email.
Refunds
Once your cancellation is accepted, we refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the items back or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
The refund is made to the payment method you used for your order, at no extra cost for you. Returns are free within 14 days: we cover the cost of sending the items back.
If an item comes back used or damaged beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Exchanges
We replace an item if it is faulty, damaged, or if we made a mistake with your order or personalisation.
To request an exchange, contact us through our contact page with your order number and photos of the item. The tags must be visible on the photos.
We do not exchange personalised items or sale items if the size does not fit. Please check our size guide before ordering.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, in addition to the 14-day right to cancel. Contact us with photos and we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return costs.
