We deliver worldwide, with the same delivery costs and times in every country.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). If you pay with a card in another currency, your bank converts the amount.

Delivery times

| Confirmation | Immediately | You receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is approved. |
| Preparation and dispatch | 2 to 3 business days | Your order is prepared, checked and handed to the carrier. Your tracking number is sent by email. |
| Delivery | 12 to 15 days | Your parcel travels to you and can be tracked at every step. It is delivered to your letterbox or your door. |
Delivery times are estimates. They may be longer during busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas) or because of events outside our control.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track my order page.
Wrong address or late parcel
You can change your delivery address within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not shipped. Send us your order number and your new address through our contact page. After dispatch, the address can no longer be changed.
If your parcel has not arrived within the delivery times above, contact us with your order number. We check with the carrier and, if it is late or lost, we refund you in full or send a replacement. Details in our Returns & Refunds policy.
